ESKO XPS Crystal
The XPS Crystal is an innovation that optimally combines UV main and back exposure. Unlike UV chassis, it uses UV LEDs which do not need preheating and emit uniform radiation. Exposures are managed simultaneously to produce consistent digital flexo plates at all times.
G&J ECLF
The Glunz & Jensen ECLF 401 is an exposure unit dedicated to flexography, designed to ensure a perfect round dot and excellent exposure uniformity. Thanks to its precise UV lamp control and optimized technology, it guarantees stable results on printing plates.
X-Rite i1Basic Pro 3
The i1Basic Pro 3 allows us to get accurate colors on our screens and projectors, monitor and verify the quality of our screens and prints, and capture spot measurements.
ESKO CDI Spark
The CDI Spark 4260 engraves digital flexo plates up to (1067 x 1524 mm) with a full HD resolution of up to 4000dpi.
The latter meets the requirements of high quality flexo applications, used primarily by the flexible packaging and boxboard markets, not forgetting corrugated cardboard.
G&J Flex-i-Pro 470
The Flex-i-Pro™ 470 is equipped with rotating and oscillating brushes, touch screen, integrated solvent temperature control and fully automatic viscosity controls for optimal wash results. It is capable of delivering plate sizes up to 1200 × 1600 mm.
X-Rite eXact 2
The eXact 2 is a high-precision spectrophotometer featuring an intuitive touchscreen, a live positioning camera, and built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. It ensures rigorous color control on films, papers, and boards, facilitates proof validation, and optimizes compliance with customer and international standards.
